Meta Platform Data Use

CORP Engine · BondPro Marketing Integrations · Effective June 28, 2026

Overview

BondPro Industrial Adhesives (“BondPro”) operates an internal staff dashboard, CORP Engine, at corp-engine.com. Authorized BondPro administrators connect their Meta (Facebook and Instagram) business accounts via OAuth to view ad performance and manage the BondPro Adhesives social presence. This page describes how Meta platform data is accessed, used, and deleted.

Who uses this integration

Only BondPro company administrators with CORP Engine login credentials. Customers and the public do not access this integration.

Data we access from Meta

  • Ad accounts — campaign names, spend, impressions, clicks, leads, and conversion values for BondPro’s own ad accounts.
  • Facebook Page — BondPro Adhesives Page posts, photos, profile metadata, and engagement (BondPro Page ID 1176579768873435).
  • Instagram Business — @bondproadhesives media, captions, and permalinks linked to the BondPro Adhesives Page.
  • OAuth profile — name and email from the Facebook login used to authorize the connection.

How we use Meta data

  • Display marketing performance in BondPro → Marketing → Campaigns and Social Media.
  • Pause or resume BondPro ad campaigns and restore ad creatives when needed.
  • Update BondPro Adhesives Page profile picture, cover photo, about text, and publish approved marketing posts.
  • Store encrypted OAuth tokens and synced metrics in BondPro’s private server database.

We do not sell Meta data, share it with third parties for their marketing, or use it to profile consumers outside BondPro’s own advertising and Page management.

Data retention

OAuth tokens and synced campaign metrics are retained while the Meta connection is active. Disconnecting Meta in CORP Engine removes the ability to sync new data; historical metrics may be retained for internal reporting per BondPro record-keeping policies.

Data deletion instructions

To request deletion of Meta-related data stored by CORP Engine:

  1. Email Support@BondProAdhesives.com from the address tied to your BondPro admin account.
  2. Include “Meta data deletion request” in the subject line.
  3. BondPro will revoke stored OAuth tokens and delete synced Meta credentials within 30 days.

You may also remove CORP Engine’s access in Facebook Settings → Business integrations and disconnect Meta under BondPro → Marketing → Integrations in CORP Engine.
