E-Sign Consent & Electronic Records Disclosure (version 2026-07-21.1)
By checking the consent box and signing electronically, you agree to conduct this transaction by electronic means and to receive records electronically under the U.S. E-SIGN Act and applicable state UETA law.
What we collect when you view and sign. To create a legally useful record of your signature, we collect and retain: the date and time of each step (recorded in Coordinated Universal Time, UTC); the Internet Protocol (IP) address your request arrived from; your browser user-agent string and basic device metadata; the delivery channel used to send you the signing link (email or SMS); and SHA-256 cryptographic fingerprints of each document before and after your signature is applied.
Approximate location. We may derive a coarse, approximate location (country/region) from your IP address. This is an inference only — we do not collect GPS or precise location data.
How your signature is verified. Access to the signing page is authenticated by possession of a unique, single-use signing link delivered to the email address or mobile number on file. We do not perform multi-factor authentication or knowledge-based identity verification for this signature unless separately stated.
Record integrity and retention. Signature events are stored in an append-only, hash-chained audit log, and signed documents are fingerprinted with SHA-256 so later alteration can be detected. Evidence records are retained for at least seven (7) years from completion.
Hardware and software requirements. You need a device with a current web browser, an internet connection, and access to the email address or phone number the signing link was sent to. You should be able to view PDF documents and store or print copies for your records.
Paper copies and withdrawing consent. You may request paper copies of any signed document, and you may withdraw your consent to electronic records for future transactions, by contacting the business that sent you this signing request. Withdrawing consent does not affect the validity of records you already signed electronically.
Your agreement. Checking the consent box and clicking sign constitutes your consent to use electronic records and signatures for this transaction and your acknowledgment that the evidence described above will be collected and retained.

Return Policy

Return window
Eligible BondPro sealant and adhesive orders may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact support@bondproadhesives.com before shipping merchandise back so we can issue return approval and instructions.
Eligible items
Unopened, unused products in original resaleable packaging with seals intact. Defective or incorrectly shipped items may qualify even when packaging is opened, subject to inspection.
Non-returnable items
Opened cartridges or tubes that cannot be resold, custom-labeled or special-order cases, and products damaged by misuse or improper storage are not eligible unless required by law.
Shipping geography
BondPro Industrial Adhesives ships to United States addresses only. We do not ship internationally.
